Rikuro Ojisan no Mise Namba Honten

We use rich-tasting cream cheese imported directly from a traditional factory in Denmark, known for its strict quality standards for export cheese and advanced production techniques. Each store has a kitchen where we bake 12 cakes at a time multiple times a day. We also pay special attention to the raisins sprinkled on the bottom.

We cut apples seasoned with rich butter and honey into larger pieces, packed them into a crispy pie that boasts a delightful texture, and baked it slowly to a fragrant finish.

Made with 100% Hokkaido milk and fresh cream. Rich in flavor with plenty of eggs, yet has a melt-in-your-mouth smooth texture. This is our pride, a pudding made with carefully selected ingredients.
