Seugimoto

Sugimoto is a new sushi restaurant in Jongno's Ssangnim-dong, where the chef offers a variety of flavors such as Hokkaido sea urchin and barley shrimp. The balance of the meal is excellent, and the sushi has a unique texture. When you sit at the table, a faint woody aroma fills the air. Additionally, the chef blends three types of red herbs and unique Chartreuse to add a distinctive accent to the dishes. It's worth a visit.
