Our custard cream is made with fresh eggs, unrefined sugar, domestically produced unbleached cake flour, real vanilla beans, and fresh butter. It is carefully kneaded and slowly mixed over low heat. The small specks of vanilla beans give off a wonderful aroma. We have generously wrapped our original custard cream in this way.
Made with self-cultivated natural yeast, Kibi sugar from Tanegashima, sea salt, Fukuroi-grown wheat flour, Hokkaido-grown wheat flour, and rapeseed oil only. It does not contain eggs or milk, so it can be enjoyed with peace of mind by those with allergies to these ingredients. This is the base dough for all of 'Genraku no Pan'. We added popular pesticide-free organic mountain grapes to brown rice bread (rice bread). When eaten as a snack, it is so filling that you may not be able to eat dinner.
This bread is made using rice (brown rice) from Fukuroi City, which ranks third in the country in agricultural production. Genuine local brown rice is ground with a stone mill for each batch and mixed in at 30%. It contains plenty of nutritious fiber such as 'germ buds' and 'bran'. Compared to the standard bread from 'Genraku', it has an even chewier texture. When toasted until crispy and eaten without any toppings, the unique sweetness of rice comes through.
Using fresh blueberries from the Kasahara area of Fukuroi City, Shizuoka. The dough turns a beautiful light purple color (^-^) This is a limited edition item available only during the summer when blueberries are in season.
We blended 25% of whole grain brown rice active powder (Libre Flower) with wheat flour. You can easily intake a variety of vitamins and minerals contained in brown rice.
