【Tokyo Kagurazaka・Iidabashi】 A restaurant where you can enjoy a collaboration of homemade bread, course meals, and wine by a former bakery owner, the real Jam Uncle. Course ◇ Sicilian-style potato salad with porcini mushroom flan ~ Croissant with sweet Anno sweet potato from Tanegashima ~ The small-sized croissant is packed with the gentle sweetness of Anno sweet potato, making it very delicious. ◇ Japanese dashi baguette ~ Katsuo from Miyagi Prefecture ~ The cooking of katsuo, which could easily retain a fishy smell if done incorrectly, is excellent. ◇ Sautéed mature toro-sawara from Mie Prefecture ~ Coral tree tomatoes from Tokushima Prefecture ~ ◇ Kagurazaka TKG Salmon and sea urchin on top of sushi rice. A luxurious dish topped with salmon roe. ◇ Soft-boiled abalone and sautéed lobster ~ Liver sauce & whole grain mustard sauce ~ ◇ Rare steak sandwich with wagyu fillet ~ Croissant with French fermented butter ~ A truly luxurious and visually impressive dish where a knife is inserted halfway into the croissant, and the steak is placed inside. The meat is tender, and the marriage with the incredibly delicious croissant is the best. ◇ Veal tongue stew from Italy ~ Your choice of homemade bread ~ In front of a table lined with bread, you can choose as much bread as you like to enjoy unlimited. The explanations are thorough, and everything looks so delicious that it’s hard to decide... They even give you leftovers or extras as souvenirs, making the next day delightful! ◇ Dessert & coffee On this day, it was apple mousse. Enjoyed with tea. For drinks, I had champagne and white wine chosen for me. I was brought to this restaurant by a friend, and I am very satisfied to have discovered such a wonderful hidden gem.

Visited on a Sunday, a regular holiday, with Sushi Yuto and Cogus Dining's collaboration dinner. Pairings included seven kinds of Taiwanese tea in addition to wine, so considering the cost of the course was about 8,000 yen, the content seemed luxurious. However, I feel that in a restaurant such as this, price appropriateness is required. There are wine bars in the neighborhood, and it is easy to go to a second restaurant, so if you are visiting during regular business hours, it may be a good idea because of the reasonable price and safe taste.

Precio por persona: JPY 8.000

Today, we got a lot of drinks and souvenirs for about 8,000 yen per person, which was a better deal than the previous Sushi Yuyu's collaboration dinner. Rather than half-heartedly inflating the price with special items, a casual Italian restaurant would be more appealing if it mixed in a few expensive ingredients in this price range.
