The Amber Gozen was sold for one day only on the day of the Ox in Doyou. It was so well received that we received requests to bring it back, so we have changed its form and reintroduced it. The broiled eel is charbroiled with Japanese eel that is handled in the restaurant, and sweetened with a homemade sauce. The course also includes tempura arranged on a display shelf and five kinds of small bowls of seasonal ingredients, allowing you to fully enjoy this extraordinary course.
Beef cutlet woven by Japanese food artisans. We select the ichibo (Japanese beef) from Kagoshima prefecture, which has an exquisite balance of umami and tenderness. The homemade tartar sauce is accented with sansho (Japanese pepper). In addition, tempura arranged on a decorative shelf and five kinds of small bowls of seasonal ingredients make this course an extraordinary experience to be enjoyed to the fullest.
Wagyu beef rump from Kagoshima Prefecture is cooked at low temperature and then seared savory. Please enjoy it with Uchiko red egg if you like. Served with seasonal tempura, a small bowl of cooked food, steamed egg custard, and soup.

This is a children's version of the regular Tenshoku Gozen. It is hand-woven sushi with 6 kinds of items popular among children, including sea bream sashimi, omelet, fried shrimp, and nuggets. Please wrap the ingredients with nori and enjoy.

The beef cutlet is made from domestic beef, specifically the sirloin, which balances flavor and tenderness. You can enjoy it with homemade sansho tartar sauce, wasabi, and salt to your liking. The Amber Meal, which was sold for one day only on the Day of the Ox in midsummer and received great acclaim, is back as a variation of the Aoi Meal with the main dish changed to grilled eel and an abundance of side dishes. The eel is delicious and available for a limited time until the end of September.
