Thai Green Curry with a Japanese twist. The unique spiciness of this dish makes it the most popular among our staff! Paprika and shimeji mushrooms are added in place of chives and other ingredients to further enhance the flavor.
Lemon Motsu Nabe Recommended for those who want to enjoy a refreshing motsunabe. The acidity of the lemon enhances your appetite and makes it even more delicious than you think. The lemon motsunabe is the manager's favorite! Handa Somen is a delicious way to finish off the meal! Also, ramen noodles with butter are delicious~!
Dos and Don'ts: Soy Sauce or Miso This is a classic! The soup stock is unique to our restaurant and the motsu nabe is delicious! Both soy sauce and miso can be made spicy by adding spiciness to the hot pot (for a fee). It is recommended not to add spiciness at first, but to add it later. We limit the spiciness to 5 for our customers to enjoy the taste of spiciness. Many of our customers who order Shoyu or Miso prefer to finish their meal with Ramen first, followed by Zosui (rice porridge). The soy sauce is recommended to be finished with zosui (rice porridge), and miso is recommended to be finished with miso-butter ramen by adding butter to the ramen! Spicy hot pot is often ramen.
Beef tongue shabu shabu set with vegetables. Please enjoy the light tan shabu shabu and the chewy texture of the tan.
