Sitting at a small counter that feels like a hideaway, I feel relieved by the calm atmosphere. The grilled chicken is fragrant, and I could sense the careful craftsmanship in each skewer. The selection of Japanese wines offered by the glass is abundant, and the combination of aromas and flavors is delightful. The sommelier's explanations are easy to understand, allowing me to choose confidently even with unfamiliar labels. The side dishes that come out along the way are also creatively presented, keeping me engaged until the end. The soba to finish is smooth and refreshingly ties together the lingering flavors of the grilled chicken and wine.
