Kyoto Yakiniku enen Tienda Shijo Kawaramachi

This is a special course that is filled with our restaurant's recommendations! The "Daegalbi and Takgogi" using our "secret sauce" that no other restaurant can imitate is a must-try. Of course, you can also enjoy our "Special Samgyeopsal". The "Special Ssamgyeopsal" is a dish that is made with our secret sauce, which is never used in any other restaurant! Our Samgyeopsal is made from pork from Kyushu and aged to the highest quality. The sweetness of the high-quality fat spreads in your mouth, and you will not feel any persistence no matter how much you eat. More than half a year is spent only on the selection of meat materials. The owner of the restaurant himself visits and compares the meat, and carefully selects the best from countless brands. In Korea, it is a pork meat that has been aged and marinated in a sweet and spicy sauce, similar to samgyeopsal, which is prepared in yakiniku restaurants. Dedicalbi is still not well known in Japan. It is no wonder that we have our own "secret sauce" that only our restaurant can make. By marinating the meat in this "secret sauce," which takes several days to prepare, the meat is surprisingly tender and has just the right amount of sweetness. Once you try our Korean-style barbeque, you will not be able to eat it at any other restaurant. Not only do we use the best ingredients, but we are also particular about our teppan (iron plate). We have ordered a 2-centimeter hot iron plate directly from Korea, which makes the meat juicy on the inside and sticky on the outside, and have realized "delicious grilling even with your hands. We hope you will experience the blissful experience of the delicious taste of meat spreading in your mouth, which is different from other restaurants. In response to the expectations of our customers, we have started an all-you-can-eat menu! We hope you will enjoy the course...
