A small portion of chirashi sushi with 150g of rice. This dish was created in response to requests for a hearty meal that is not too large, as our regular set meals and kamameshi can be quite filling. Toppings include three large shrimp, chunky tuna with green onion, plenty of fish roe, and garnished with shredded egg for color. It is perfect for children or those with smaller appetites, and great for when you want to satisfy a little hunger after walking around the market. *The sushi rice can be changed to regular white rice.
The aroma of the sea rises from the freshly cooked pot. Luxuriously using plump, large oysters, it is cooked to perfection.
