A small portion of chirashi sushi with 150g of rice. This dish was created in response to requests for a lighter option compared to our hearty set meals and large rice dishes. Toppings include three large shrimp, chunky tuna with green onion, plenty of fish roe, and colorful shredded egg. It is perfect for children or those with smaller appetites, and ideal for when you want to satisfy a small hunger after walking around the market. Note: The sushi rice can be changed to regular white rice.
The aroma of the sea rises from the freshly cooked pot. Luxuriously using plump large oysters, it is cooked to perfection. The umami of the oysters seeps into each grain of rice, and the moment the lid is opened, the rich aroma of oysters spreads, stimulating the appetite. This is our most popular kamameshi.

The crab is luxuriously made with 100% authentic snow crab. To maximize the flavor of the snow crab, a generous amount of shredded meat is used as a base, and crab legs are arranged and carefully cooked one pot at a time. After numerous trials, we have meticulously refined the broth's composition, allowing you to fully enjoy the rich flavor of the authentic snow crab.

This is a large horse mackerel fry made from fresh, high-quality large horse mackerel from Nagasaki Prefecture, carefully deboned and coated with breadcrumbs made from bread.

This dish features a rich and melt-in-your-mouth texture of negitoro, mixed with fresh diced tuna, served in a bowl. The negitoro is paired with 'tobiko', which adds a fun popping texture, making it visually sparkling and vibrant. The umami of the tuna and the accent of the tobiko blend together exquisitely, creating a visually appealing and delicious negitoro don.
We cut the premium fish, silver cod, into large pieces and marinated it in Saikyo miso made with the renowned sake kasu from the sake brewery 'Urakasumi'. Please enjoy the elegant flavor of the perfectly grilled silver cod.
