The producer of the first ever bubbles dating back to 1531. Worth a try. Using the methode traditionelle where a second fermentation is introduced for a more aromatic and fruit driven wine with a longer lasting fizz. Hints of peach, apricot and exotic fruit rounded with honey and biscuit
A long established producer of ice-wine, Andrew Peller, produced a Chardonnay sparkler (Champagne method), with the use of Vidal ice-wine as a dosage. Fine bubbles with a bouquet of apricot, yeast and ripe apple, with hints of honey followed by tropical fruits
