I love the calm and elegant atmosphere that feels relaxed and not stiff. The small appetizer that came out first was packed with seasonal flavors and can be enjoyed even without alcohol. The homemade black wagyu beef curry had tender meat and a wonderful aroma that was irresistible. The duck ramen had a flavorful broth with a refreshing aftertaste that made me want to drink it all. The monthly changing dishes, chawanmushi, sashimi, and warm seafood hot pot came out one after another like a course, which was exciting. The objects in the store and the large rock salt caught my eye, and they even provided a chair for children, making it very comfortable.
