A first visit to a top-class restaurant that has won the Tabelog Gold award.
The owner, Mr. Sugioka, overflowing with love for his hometown Chiba, explains the details of each dish as it is served.
Before starting the course, I was immediately impressed by the wonderful idea of serving water in glasses with ice.

The excitement of not being able to imagine what will come from the menu names, and the interesting lack of order in the descriptions.
The course, which includes three secret dishes not listed on the menu, totals over 20 dishes and lasts about three and a half hours.
However, that time feels fleeting, as the chef's meticulously crafted worldview is overwhelming.
I am happy to have encountered a restaurant that evokes emotion after a long time while exploring new restaurants in Japan.
My favorite French restaurant for family events. The food is not too glamorous, not too casual, but moderately elegant. The food is delicately seasoned and each dish is beautiful.
They say that "people don't swear when they are eating good food," and I think they are referring to this kind of food. The food, of course, makes you feel happy from the moment you enter the restaurant until you leave. This is a French restaurant that I would like to visit even outside of family events.
The food, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the staff's service were all impeccable, and I was able to spend a wonderful time. I had a one-plate lunch, and each item was carefully prepared and thoughtfully designed. In particular, the sauces for the vegetables and the fried items were finished with a gentle flavor, and although it was a bit rude, I ended up finishing everything without leaving anything behind, haha.
Next time, I want to try other menu items too!!
From the beginning to the end of the course, there was a sense of the seasons that was exciting. The edamame jelly was cool and refreshing, and the crunchy texture of the shellfish was enjoyable. The dish combining chilled corn soup with foie gras was rich yet had a light aftertaste that was impressive. The sweetfish with crispy scales and the tender Ozaki beef roast conveyed the deliciousness of the ingredients well. The tagliatelle generously using summer truffles and the cold pasta with mango and lemon had a perfect balance of aroma and acidity. Even the final peach dessert was carefully crafted, and I finished the meal feeling happy.

Enjoy a variety of Japanese cuisine in a relaxing Japanese atmosphere
Uotami Sakura Minami-guchi Ekimae is an izakaya with a calm Japanese ambiance, offering a diverse range of dishes centered around Japanese cuisine, including sashimi, sushi, and regional specialties. Amidst the lively atmosphere, the scent of wood wafts through, providing a soothing experience. It's the perfect place to gather with friends and family and enjoy delightful moments over Japanese food.
It is a place within walking distance from the station, and the calm Japanese atmosphere is pleasant. At the counter, you can see the efficient work being done, and the aroma of the broth is exciting. The simmered yellowtail with daikon has been cooked slowly, and I was impressed by how tender the bones were. Each dish, including the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), sashimi, and tempura, is prepared with care, and the deliciousness of the ingredients is clearly conveyed. The rice is homegrown, with good grain separation, and it is convenient that you can switch to udon. The selection of sake is also substantial, and it is understandable that the seats fill up quickly, as it is a popular restaurant.
A yakiniku buffet with an impressive selection of side dishes and desserts

The interior is bright and has a family-friendly atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for guests of all ages to enjoy.
We visited for lunch on a weekday, and we were the only group when the restaurant opened at 11:30 a.m. We arrived just in time, but the restaurant was almost full. The salad bar includes a salad bar and each person must order one meal, but there was a watermelon and a melon in the salad bar that said "Grandpa's watermelon" and was very sweet! Especially the prosciutto pizza! The prosciutto pizza was not too salty, but had a lot of prosciutto on it, and I thought it was cheap at only a little over 2000 yen. The location of the restaurant is a gravel parking lot on a slightly elevated hill, so be careful when entering.
It is a store that I want to revisit again.
"Kinoene Omoya," where you can savor sake and 24 seasonal dishes, is a beautiful restaurant renovated from a traditional farmhouse with a history of about 400 years. Enjoy a special sake that can only be tasted at the brewery, and spend quality time in the serene atmosphere of the old farmhouse. Be sure to experience the charm of the changing seasons.

The mapo tofu is particularly popular, with many visitors expressing how they are drawn to its flavor each time they visit. Other dishes like dan dan noodles and hot and sour soup noodles feature a perfect harmony of numbing spiciness and deep umami. The atmosphere inside the restaurant evokes a sense of authentic Chinese dining, allowing you to relax and enjoy your meal.
