I used it for lunch. I wanted to have dessert as well, so I was worried about whether I could eat everything. However, I was grateful that I could have a smaller portion of the rice and side dishes. There were five types of side dishes, and I was happy to be able to taste a variety of them. They were all delicious, and I was satisfied.

Cafe Katsudo ☕✨
with Hinatachan
( )
Nice to meet you Hinata-chan🥰!
I was late for the meeting time😅.
I'm sorry Hinata-chan 😣🙏💦 I was supposed to go to Nogis-san that day but I got dumped again (lol), so we decided to have lunch at Tensaito, a cafe I've always been curious about 🍽.
It's next to Navy Bagel.
The menu also included curry and other dishes 🍛.
But this time, we went for this gozen that everyone seems to be eating. (I forgot what kind of meal it was 😂) The rice comes in two varieties: brown rice and the store's recommended aged brown rice? I'm pretty sure the names are different (lol).
We both chose the restaurant's recommendation.
The rice is cooked soft and has a slightly unique flavor, which you may or may not like, but I liked it!
The sesame salt on top goes well with the rice. 🙆♀️ The side dishes are well balanced with vegetables, fish, and meat, and the rice is a delight to the body!
The meat is probably chicken breast? The meat is moist, tender and filling.
The light tomato sauce goes well with it.
The omelette is similar to a slightly sweet dashimaki.
The fish is my favorite blue fish 🐟💕.
The fish is like a nambanzuke, and the acidity of the vinegar gives it a refreshing taste. It was very easy to eat because it was well seasoned and the bones were removed!
And what caught my attention the most was this huge bowl of miso soup!
Not only was the bowl large, but the ingredients inside were also cut into large pieces! The ingredients inside were also cut into large pieces, and the miso soup was filled with a lot of root vegetables!
If you have a small appetite, this alone will probably fill you up 😂.
All the dishes were delicious with a mild and comforting flavor!
Let's go again 😆.
Next, we went to the cafe requested by Hinatachan ✨.

It's exciting to be able to grill to my liking on the tabletop stove. When I grill shrimp, scallops, and turban shell, the aroma rises, and the quality of the ingredients is clearly conveyed. When I asked the staff to grill for me, they cooked it to just the right level, and it turned out fluffy, which was impressive. The sashimi of sea bream was very fresh, with just the right amount of chewiness, and I was very satisfied. The assortment of dried fish was perfectly salted, and the flavorful fat spread pleasantly.
