A restaurant cafe where you can taste delicious handmade katsudon
Shakunage, located inside the Fukui Izumi Ski Resort, is a directly managed restaurant cafe with a homemade feel. In particular, the Fukui specialty sauce katsudon is a superb dish with crispy homemade katsu and sweet sauce. It is a must-try dish when visiting the ski resort. The atmosphere is also characterized by a homey atmosphere that is easy to communicate in, with a base similar to the Prince series of Shiga Kogen Yakebitaiyama.
