The house-made, additive-free bread highlights the natural sweetness of the ingredients, making it so delicious that you'll want to ask for seconds. The chef's refined dishes utilize seasonal ingredients, and each one is a heartwarming creation.
This is my third visit. We ordered the extra high quality halami, top loin, salted tongue, medium ribs, kappa ribs, and assorted kimchi. The homemade koji miso sauce is as delicious as ever. This time there was also a gorgeous vegetable service, which included cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, and onions. The motsu nabe was just being served, so we ordered it. The wagyu beef hormone was plump and the soup was delicious, slightly sweet, spicy, and exquisite. It is nice to be able to have additional noodles and chashu pork from the adjacent Tori-no-Hone Ramen delivered to your table. The yakiniku menu has been expanded and enhanced. Payment is convenient, with bar code payment and card payment accepted.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice, and I felt it was accessible to families and couples, and suitable for entertaining. The staff was friendly and attentive when we were having trouble looking at the menu. The food was delicious, and the presentation was so carefully and beautifully done that it was enjoyable from the outside. I was able to visit with friends and talk about how delicious the food was. Even the regular menu items were not skimped on and were delicious.

Although the food may take a little time to be served, overall, it's a highly satisfying establishment.
