20 meilleurs restaurants Seafood par Recommandation à préfecture de Hyōgo
Qu’est-ce que préfecture de Hyōgo ?: Hyogo stretches from the Seto Inland Sea to the Sea of Japan, creating a dining landscape where coastal harvests meet mountain produce. Diners often encounter specialties such as Kobe beef and Tajima beef, bream and octopus from Akashi, small fish from the Inland Sea, and crab from the northern coast. Sake brewing in the Nada area, Tamba black beans, and noodle traditions in Harima add further depth to the pantry. The port history of Kobe introduced international influences, shaping a local love for yoshoku, bakeries, and coffee culture that sits comfortably alongside classic washoku. Seasonal menus, teppan-driven cooking, and seafood counters appear across cities, towns, and hot-spring resorts, encouraging relaxed, ingredient‑focused meals. Whether seeking refined courses or casual bites, the prefecture offers a spectrum of styles that reflects its varied geography and long-standing exchange with the world.
Qu’est-ce que Seafood ?: Seafood dining highlights the natural character of fish and shellfish through techniques that showcase texture and aroma. Menus often feature raw-bar selections such as oysters, sashimi-style plates, or citrus-cured ceviche, alongside grilled whole fish, pan-seared fillets, steamed clams and mussels, and crisp fried options like calamari. Brothy specialties, from simple fish soups to hearty stews and rice dishes, appear in many regional styles. Chefs may employ charcoal grilling, gentle poaching, smoking, or curing to bring out nuanced flavors, pairing dishes with citrus, herbs, sea salt, and umami-rich stocks. Depending on the venue, guests might choose counter seating to watch the action, order from a printed catch of the day, or share platters designed for the table. Seasonal availability often shapes the selection, encouraging variety across visits. Whether seeking a light tasting or a generous feast to share, this category offers versatile ways to enjoy the ocean’s bounty.

It was my first time using it. The staff were friendly and nice, and I had a great time. Before I knew it, four hours had passed, haha. The menu was fresh and delicious, and there was a wide variety of alcohol. In the end, thank you for preparing a surprise plate for me. I definitely want to go again!!

This restaurant is famous for its counter seating with bottles of sake lined up outside, and the interior has a cozy atmosphere. You can enjoy chatting with the proprietor while eating and enjoying the sake. The food is also delicious, especially the grilled turban shells escargot style that I ordered as an entrée for my sake kido, which was rare and tasted wonderful. The use of fresh ingredients makes the food taste wonderful and highly satisfying. I would like to visit this restaurant again.

As a shellfish lover, I had been eyeing this restaurant for some time, but the name had changed. On the day of our reservation, we arrived right from JR Motomachi station. The restaurant was partitioned off with perfect Corona protection. We toasted with CHIMAY blue, made in a Belgian monastery brewery. Shellfish are grilled and served one by one, with only natural saltiness to taste. All the shellfish had different flavors, especially the millet shellfish kimo, which was so good that it became habit-forming. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

A wonderful place to enjoy local products
Adults' excursion to Awaji Island for a day trip!
This time, I was attended by a local friend and ate my way around Awaji Island!
Here is Kaizan for dinner!
This is a restaurant that serves dishes using only fish from Awaji Island, and is available by reservation only!
Depending on the day, reservations can be made on the day of your visit.
This restaurant was featured in one of my favorite TV programs, Ima-chan no Jitsu...!
The restaurant has a counter and two tables.
The counter is warmly lit and makes you feel at ease the moment you enter!
We were seated at the counter.
The menu is
The course is left to the chef, and you can have a variety of dishes according to your budget.
We enjoyed the 10,000 yen course!
First of all, drinks - we can't drink beer, so they make a fresh keg of chu-hi and squeeze some fruit for us!
We had Naruto oranges squeezed, and they were so refreshing and tart!
Tsuke Dashi (Dashi soup)
octopus, edamame, boiled shrimp, grilled eel, vinegared mozuku seaweed from Yura
The octopus is very elastic and the more you chew it, the more flavorful it becomes~!
Yura's mozuku vinegar is very gentle, mild and easy to eat!
I don't like the type with vinegar in the front...
I wasn't that hungry when I arrived at the restaurant.
But after I ate the side dish, I got hungry... lol
Kuroundan (sea urchin) with shell
The owner's father picked up the sea urchin.
Before you eat it, he cuts it right in front of you!
The sea urchins are still moving when served!
Not a lot of meat on the sea urchin, but the mineral-rich sea urchin!
You can't taste that unless the sea urchin is fresh!
Yura sashimi!
The owner arranges the fish caught in Yura on the counter!
Lightly-finned horse mackerel, squid ears, raw octopus, nightshade clams, cucumber clams, seared hamo (conger eel), and bouzet,
There are 16 kinds of fish: sea robin, swordfish, sea bream, kochi, barracuda, himeji, kaiwari, ishimochi, and tora-haze!
All of them were carefully explained to me, but I had never heard of some of them...
But the proprietress, the wife of the owner, took out a file and cheerfully explained to us about this one!
You can taste so many kinds of fish all by yourself, and they are all from Awaji Island!
It is a very luxurious time!
Assorted tempura!
Hiyka, tomatoes, snap peas, field peas, and turnips!
All of them were served with crispy batter.
The batter is crispy and not greasy!
The tomatoes are hot, so you have to be careful when eating them, but they are delicious!
The hijika is also crispy and has an interesting texture!
Manatsuo (skipjack tuna) belly and back sashimi Saba fugu sashimi!
It is served with a refreshing ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice)!
The back of the fish is crispy and the belly is full of fat!
The mackerel puffer is very moist!
I've never heard of managatsuo sashimi before!
The back and belly have such different textures and tastes!
Fish are so interesting!
Grilled abalone liver!
This abalone was also caught by the owner's father!
The abalone is grilled with the liver, so you can already tell how delicious it is even before you eat it!
And this abalone is so tender!
When you have eaten more than half of the abalone, the father pulls it up and cooks it down further!
It becomes even richer, and the abalone is all over the fish!
The wakame seaweed does a great job too!
The sake was flowing!
Nagoya fugu straw-roasted!
Because it is grilled over straw, it has a very nice aroma!
The meat is plump and melts in your mouth!
I didn't know fugu was so moist!
It was really delicious!
Dutch simmered mebaru
I heard that the dish deep-fried and boiled is called "Holland simmered".
I thought it was too oily to be deep-fried and boiled. I thought it would be too oily.
Not at all! Deep frying in oil removes the unpleasant smell of the fish
I think it concentrates the flavor inside the fish.
And the broth is irresistibly delicious!
Everyone raved about it, and it was so good that some people even drank all of the broth!
Vegetable Salad
The owner serves it with a refreshing homemade dressing!
He served it as a chopstick rest!
No pictures ・・・・
Sushi
Kiss, shrimp, octopus and squid liver!
The rice is very firm one by one!
The kiss has a refreshing citrus aroma and good elasticity.
The shrimp is moist and spread in your mouth!
I had a dish of soup with mono shinjo in it, but I didn't take a picture of it....
The soup stock was very tasty and relaxing!
The course ended with a bite of mizu-yokan (sweet bean jelly)!
I was able to eat a variety of foods, and above all, I was very happy to be able to enjoy Awaji Island's local delicacies from start to finish!
The food that you can only eat here is more valuable than what you can eat in Osaka, isn't it?
And the proprietress of this restaurant is so innocent and full of energy!
She even has her own fans!
It was thanks to her that we had a really good time!
I am so glad that my friend who attended to me chose this place!
Thanks to you, I was able to enjoy the whole day!
Awaji Island is interesting and fun with many delicious foods!
