There are many creatively prepared dishes that make use of homemade miso, and the cucumber miso and Scotch egg are pleasantly delicious. The whey fresh pasta is chewy yet not heavy, and it was a memorable dish. You can also enjoy satisfying options like firm-cut carpaccio, fragrant ajillo, and prosciutto salad. The drink selection is wide, with local alcohol available, and the staff provides clear guidance.

The restaurant we recently visited with reservations during our visit to Ise was Bon Vivant. It was my first time using the restaurant, and I was impressed by the very courteous service I received when making a reservation over the phone. The menu has a wide variety of dishes, especially fish and beef dishes. The service staff was also excellent and we had a pleasant conversation. We had a pleasant time at Bon Vivant.

This was the main part of my trip to Ise that I was really looking forward to. After visiting the Ise Jingu shrine, we arrived at the restaurant, which was built with a great atmosphere.

Sommelier Futa-san recommended wines that were almost as good as the pairings, and it was a very nice evening! The Australian red wine was especially good and I thought I would drink it at home.
I hope Futa-san will hold another event in Tokyo.
"Oriorii 2" is packed with the deliciousness of eel, offering exceptional unajū and hitsumabushi. The crispy exterior perfectly matches the exquisite sauce, and the combination of dashi and eel provides a blissful experience. The aroma of freshly grilled eel stands out in the restaurant, and the tender eel meat delivers a luxurious flavor. It is located near Ise City Station.
