It's popular, and it's reassuring to make a reservation. The counter seating is enjoyable, as you can grill right in front of you. The cheerful atmosphere created by the chef allows you to relax while he takes your orders one by one. The tongue, loin, belly, hormone, and pork throat are all full of flavor, and they pair very well with lemon and sweet sauces. When you combine it with a well-chilled draft beer, the freshly grilled meat becomes even more delicious, and you can't put down your chopsticks. To finish, slurping up the ramen with a Chinese noodle style gives a refreshing taste that leaves you satisfied.
