A female sommelier, smiling, showed me several recommended wines for today, and when I expressed my preferences, she selected the perfect bottle for me. The amuse-bouche made with rare ingredients from Hokkaido was beautifully colorful and exciting in aroma. With each sip, I felt the excellent pairing with the dishes, and the conversation flowed naturally. The time spent with piano jazz as background music passed quickly, leaving a pleasant aftertaste until the end.

Upon entering the restaurant, a modern Japanese space unfolds, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. The skewers grilled at the counter are fragrant, and each part is moist and juicy. Dipping the fluffy tsukune in egg yolk releases a burst of flavor that brings a smile to my face. The soup infused with chicken broth and the nyumen are exceptional, and I ended up drinking every last drop. Even the egg over rice served at the end was not lacking in effort, and I could feel the restaurant's dedication throughout the entire course. Thanks to the friendly staff and the serious head chef, dining with friends became an even more enjoyable moment.

The oysters with vinegar are so good, and the gratin is so good I could drink endless amounts of alcohol!
