A pancake specialty shop where nostalgia meets novelty

Miyama Coffee is an enchanting place that adds unique twists to nostalgic pancakes. Here, you can enjoy fluffy, thick pancakes in a charmingly nostalgic atmosphere. The contrast between the crispy surface of the pancakes and the moist sponge soaked in syrup is exquisite. The rich coffee at Miyama Coffee is also the perfect accompaniment to these pancakes.

The pancakes here are thick and exciting to look at. The surface is crispy, while the inside is fluffy, and the syrup seeps in just right. Since they are handmade, you have to wait a little for them to be cooked, but you can relax while enjoying the view of the castle from the window. You can choose from plain, chocolate, and matcha flavors, each with its own distinct character. The chocolate is refreshing and easy to eat, while the matcha has a pleasant subtle bitterness. Making a reservation makes the experience smoother, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely time and deliciousness.
