It was located right next to the temple, and the clean and pleasant interior made me feel good. As soon as I sat down, the bento box was quickly brought to me, and the preparation for the yudofu was also ready, so I could enjoy it right away. Each dish was well-seasoned with dashi, providing a gentle flavor that was comforting. The rice topped with fragrant sansho pepper and chirimen was particularly impressive, bringing a smile to my face. The dessert made with bamboo shoots was unique to the restaurant and added to the enjoyment even after the meal. The care and sincerity in each dish conveyed warmth, making for a heartwarming dining experience.

The atmosphere is calm, and the tatami seating allows for a comfortable and leisurely experience. Each dish reflects careful attention, and the presentation is full of seasonal charm. The sesame tofu is smooth and jiggly, with a gentle aroma of sesame that leaves a lasting impression. The sashimi is fresh, and the tempura has a light, crispy batter with a clean aftertaste. The gentle flavor, enriched with the umami of the dashi, pairs perfectly with the shirasu topped with sansho on white rice. The seasonal bamboo shoot dishes and sweets made with bamboo shoots were delightful, making for a meal that provided a comforting break during our stroll.
