The soba noodles can be slurped up smoothly and pleasantly. The freshly fried tempura is crispy, and both the vegetables and shrimp provide a satisfying experience. The eel rice bowl has no unpleasant odor, the skin is tender, and the sauce is perfectly balanced. The nostalgic-flavored curry has a gentle taste, and it's nice that it's served piping hot. The seating is primarily table-based, making it convenient and allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The commitment to buckwheat flour is evident, and there are various combinations on the menu to enjoy.
