The interior of the renovated traditional house has a calm atmosphere, and the moment you sit down, you feel at ease. The garden visible over the counter is beautiful, and it excites you even before you start eating. The thin soba noodles, ground with a stone mill, are fragrant, and a cold bite smoothly goes down your throat. The warm broth, which has a hint of sweetness, is gentle, and adding the separately served green onions enhances the flavor and makes it enjoyable. The freshly fried sauce cutlet is surprisingly tender, and the rich sauce pairs perfectly with the rice, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. Being able to enjoy such delicious soba and cutlet in front of the shrine made the memory of the visit even more vibrant.
