A hidden gem specializing in motsunabe with authentic flavors from Fukuoka
Motsufuji is located a short walk from Hisaya Odori, and its charm lies in its homey and warm atmosphere. The motsunabe crafted by the owner, who trained in Fukuoka, features plump offal and a light chicken bone-based broth that blends together perfectly. The house-made vinegar sauce and yuzu pepper pair exceptionally well, creating a taste that is unforgettable once you try it.
