In addition to a variety of standard soba dishes such as two-tiered 2:8 soba, duck soba, and tororo soba, the restaurant also offers seasonal soba made with ingredients like cherry blossom, yuzu, matcha, and black sesame that change monthly. Furthermore, you can enjoy dishes like curry udon with mochi made with genuine Katsusobushi broth (limited to 20 servings per day), as well as dashimaki tamago, grilled nori, and itawasa, making it a place where you can fully enjoy soba appetizers.

Soba Kiri Ikkyu started as a popular soba restaurant called 'Shibota', which primarily operated delivery services. In 2006, it moved to its current location and reopened as a handmade soba specialty shop. The owner hopes that customers will enjoy the aromas and colors of the seasons, and continues to make monthly changing soba varieties infused with ingredients like matcha, cherry blossoms, yuzu, black sesame, and wine.
