After walking through the well-maintained garden, I enter the restaurant and can't help but be captivated by the view through the window. The peony flowers are very vibrant, and I can enjoy the colors of the garden from my seat. The meal mainly consists of dashi chazuke, where I can enjoy adding a variety of colorful ingredients from a basket as I like. When I layer my preferred ingredients on the rice and pour the dashi over it, it goes down smoothly and brings a sense of tranquility. Grilled fish and small hot pots are also prepared, each offering a careful and delightful taste. As I gaze at the garden after the meal, the illumination is beautiful, allowing me to savor the lingering moments.
