In a calm café-like space, the elegant interior is very comfortable. The cold soba comes in only three varieties, and the simplicity of being able to order without hesitation is nice. The thick, angular noodles have a good bite, and the aroma of the soba is distinctly noticeable. The broth, which has a well-extracted flavor, has just the right thickness, and adding some grated daikon radish juice enhances the freshness. After the meal, soba water is served, which pairs well with the broth and is comforting. There is also a focus on coffee, allowing you to choose the strength, and the cups are beautiful, making the time enjoyable even after the meal.
