There are many types of dishes made with wild boar and deer, allowing you to fully enjoy game meat. Boar shabu is tender and has no unpleasant smell; when paired with vegetables, it becomes richer and very delicious. Fried boar is crispy and full of meat juices, making it irresistibly tasty. Deer sashimi has a smooth texture and a gentle sweetness, and I'm glad it has no gamey taste. The local chicken hot pot expands in flavor the more you chew, and the umami of the soup enhances the taste of the vegetables as well. The staff are friendly, and in a warm atmosphere, you can relax in a tatami room or at a table while enjoying the view from the window.
