A sushi restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood and skilled craftsmanship

Sushi An Saito Minato Shunsai Street is located in a port town and offers a sushi experience with fresh seafood enjoyed on-site. The interior is brand new and clean, and at the counter seats, you can enjoy a luxurious sushi experience while conversing with the artisans. In particular, the nigiri made with fresh ingredients that can only be tasted locally is exquisite, with flavors that melt in your mouth.

The initial response was polite, and the interior of the restaurant is clean, making it a pleasant place to spend time. At the counter seats, you can chat with the chefs and choose the ingredients right in front of you. The fresh seafood from the local area, such as raw shirasu and sakura shrimp, brings happiness when you eat it. The sushi is fluffy and airy, with smaller rice portions that are easy to eat. The selection of shellfish is also abundant, and I was excited about the raw torigai and akagai. The homemade gari is refreshing, and I was satisfied until the very end.
