Exquisite Shinshu Soba Enjoyed in Nature

Seseragi Chaya is a restaurant located at the entrance of a walking path, surrounded by a rich natural setting, where you can enjoy authentic Shinshu soba. The 'Soba Zammai' is particularly noteworthy, featuring a perfect combination of the noodles' firmness and the exquisite dipping sauce that delights the taste buds of visitors. The interior has a casual and retro atmosphere, allowing for a relaxed experience. Additionally, sweet treats are available, making it perfect for enjoying after the lingering taste of soba.

It faces a greenway, allowing you to relax while enjoying the view. You can enjoy herring soba, which is not commonly found in this area, at a soba and sweets shop. They also have anmitsu, oshiruko, and fruit zenzai, making it a delightful selection for those who love sweets. The warabi mochi is also very delicious, and I sometimes feel like taking some home. The interior has a calm and nostalgic atmosphere, and the staff are friendly, making it a comfortable place to be. The shop is clean, and there is a nearby temple, adding to the lovely surroundings.
