Opening the manual elevator of the old building creates an exciting atmosphere. From the window-side seat, it's pleasant to look down at the street. The dishes are colorful, with crispy chicken, tartar sauce, and cheese galette on a bed of lettuce, providing a sense of satisfaction. The small bowls of blanched komatsuna, marinated carrots, mozuku vinegar, and dried daikon are all carefully prepared and delicious. The rice is multigrain, well-seasoned, and easy to eat with chopsticks. Self-service drinks like tea are available, allowing for a leisurely time while enjoying the view.
