The reservation process and guidance were efficient, and the allergy accommodations were well-handled, allowing for a calm and enjoyable dining experience. It was exciting to see the food being grilled on the counter's teppan. The staff's service was also very pleasant. The wagyu, both sirloin and tenderloin, had its own unique qualities, and the cooking level was exquisite. The sashimi was very fresh, and the chawanmushi was comforting with its mild dashi. The course flowed beautifully from the small plate at the beginning to the sweet finish, and the yuzu sorbet and orange jelly served after the meal were refreshing and satisfying.
