At Otonba, we serve fresh offal directly sourced from Shibaura, cooked to perfection. We also offer limited quantities of rare cuts on skewers every day. Each skewer is crafted with dedication, and due to stock availability, some may sell out, so we appreciate your understanding.
At Otonba, we offer a variety of preparations including top sirloin sashimi, marbled neck sashimi, homemade ham heart, heart sashimi, kobukuro sashimi, ham tongue, and rare cuts of sashimi that are freshly sourced on the day, all served with exquisite low-temperature cooking. Please enjoy it first without soy sauce! Otonba aims to challenge the concept of 'deliciousness.'
