An attractive spot to enjoy mala cuisine

Kumamoto Mala Center is the perfect restaurant for those who love spicy dishes centered around mala. Each mala dish combines exquisite spiciness with umami, offering a flavor that is unforgettable once tasted. Adjustments to the spiciness level are possible, so even those who are unsure about the heat can enjoy their meal with peace of mind. Alongside Asian multinational cuisine, you can casually enjoy natural wines, making it a great spot to fully savor the pairing of spicy dishes and drinks.

The dishes are centered around spiciness, and I appreciate that they can be adjusted to my taste. The mapo tofu and shrimp with cilantro have a wonderful aroma, and despite sweating, I can't stop eating because they are so delicious. The drool-worthy shirako has a strong, sharp kick, and the sweetness of the potato salad makes for a nice palate cleanser. The oysters in spicy egg sauce are also fluffy and have a mild spiciness that makes them easy to eat. The cozy interior with a counter allows me to enjoy lemon sours and natural wines while waiting comfortably, as the chef prepares everything by himself. The atmosphere of being in a mixed-use building behind the arcade matches well with the spiciness and adds to the excitement.
