As I sat at the counter, the fragrant aroma of the savory noodles wafted through the air, filling me with excitement. The soba served with a spicy sesame dipping sauce was rich yet had a refreshing aftertaste, making it easy to enjoy. The rich 'Koteri' variety combined the depth of chashu and tenkasu with a hint of garlic, delivering a punch that was unexpected for soba. The accents of garlic chips and pepper were effective, making each bite addictive. The soft-boiled egg topping, with its yolk mingling with the broth, was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The quick turnover and easy access made me feel that this was a place where I could casually enjoy delicious soba.
