From the basic Kansai-style okonomiyaki and yakisoba to original dishes using Furano ingredients, these are the dishes we want you to try when you come to Furano. You can also order a large portion (¥150 extra) or add soba noodles (¥150 extra). We also offer teppanyaki yakisoba, sobameshi, and omusoba.

Teppanyaki is a dish made with Hokkaido beef. The seasoning is kept simple to allow you to enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients. Enjoy the performance on the large iron griddle. Rice is served separately.

Furano Omurice (with mini salad and mini Furano milk) for 1,080 yen including tax. The rules of 'Furano Omurice' consist of 6 articles: Article 1: Use Furano-grown rice, put effort into the rice. Article 2: Use primarily Furano-grown eggs, place a flag in the center of the omurice. Article 3: Use Furano-produced 'cheese (butter)' or 'wine'. Article 4: Pay attention to using Furano-grown vegetables, meat, and fukujinzuke (pickles). Article 5: Offer a specialty menu that focuses on Furano-grown ingredients and serve with 'Furano milk'. Article 6: Provide for under 1,000 yen including tax. Depending on the season, ingredients from other regions may be used. We use 'Hoshino Yume' purchased directly from local farmers. The rice is flavored with butter and soy sauce, using 'Furano butter'. The salad and pickled cabbage are made with Furano-grown ingredients, and the carefully selected Furano-grown ingredients include 'premium Furano pork cheek meat and pork belly'.
Made with a rich demi-glace sauce with wine and plenty of onions, and an omelette using locally sourced eggs from Hokkaido. Everything is cooked on an iron plate. The creamy eggs are irresistible.
