A stylish aged meat steakhouse in Kiyosumi Shirakawa

Bowery Lane is a stylish steakhouse that has relocated from Yoyogi Uehara to Kiyosumi Shirakawa. The side dishes, which combine elements of American and international cuisine, are particularly noteworthy, and the juicy, perfectly cooked aged Black Angus beef steak is exquisite. The extensive selection of wines and craft beers is also appealing, allowing guests to enjoy their meals late into the night.

The calm atmosphere of Kiyosumi Shirakawa is perfectly matched by the warm colors of the interior, making it very comfortable. There are many types of seating, including counters, tables, and a terrace, and it's great that you can spend time with your dog. I enjoyed sipping a glass of wine while nibbling on homemade pickles and tortilla chips. The creamy macaroni and cheese comes in a variety of options, and this time I chose the Bismarck, which had an excellent richness from the egg. The main dish, the aged Black Angus beef steak, was cooked to perfection, and the flavor of the meat spread throughout my mouth. The friendly staff's service was also pleasant, and trying various dishes as part of a course made the experience even more enjoyable.

The interior has a stylish and calm atmosphere, and it's nice that dogs can also spend time together on the terrace. The homemade pickles that were served first had just the right amount of acidity, making it hard to stop eating. The signature dish, macaroni and cheese, comes in a variety of types, and I chose the Bismarck, which impressed me with its rich sauce and soft-boiled egg combination. The 600g steak that we shared was perfectly grilled, allowing us to fully enjoy the flavor of the meat. The fish and chips and salad were also generously portioned, and they paired even better with wine. It's a wonderful place where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks while having a relaxed conversation, open until late at night.
