There are many signature dishes, and you can enjoy them all without getting bored. The grilled hormone and vegetables, with peppers, carrots, and asparagus becoming tender and infused with the richness of fat, are simply the best. The okonomiyaki has thin noodles, is finished with a nice crisp, and has a great texture. The aroma of sesame sprinkled on top wafts through the air, pairing well with the classic aonori (seaweed flakes). The meat and egg soba allows you to fully appreciate the sweetness of the cabbage, and even with a modest amount of sauce, it is satisfying. The atmosphere is casual enough for families with children, making it perfect for everyday meals.
