You can see the cooking process right in front of you, and the delicate craftsmanship is conveyed. The fried chicken has a light batter and is juicy on the inside, and it looks beautiful as well. The fried horse mackerel is fluffy and tender, showcasing professional skill. Each dish, from the mackerel simmered in miso to the miso soup and the simmered root vegetables, is properly delicious. The oden pairs perfectly with sake, allowing you to enjoy the classic ingredients in order. The small bowls of hijiki and kelp are also meticulously prepared, adding an overall elegance.
