Popular spot near the station to enjoy authentic Hakata ramen

Hakata Yatai Nagano Ekimae offers ramen faithfully recreated to match the authentic taste of Hakata. The combination of thin noodles and rich soup is outstanding, and a bowl topped with two slices of chashu and wood ear mushrooms is truly exquisite. The cheerful staff who warmly welcome customers and the cozy atmosphere make it a delightful place to enjoy delicious ramen. A must-visit for fans of Hakata ramen.

I liked the atmosphere, which is easy to find near the station and perfect for a casual stop. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a touch panel, making it fun to place an order casually. The tonkotsu soup was rich yet refreshing in aftertaste, and I ended up drinking it all. I was happy that I could adjust the firmness of the noodles and the flavor to create a bowl just to my liking. The moist chashu and crunchy wood ear mushrooms were well balanced, and adding pickled ginger tightened the flavor even more. In addition to ramen, there were also hot mapo tofu and juicy fried chicken, which I shared with my friends, and we were very satisfied.
