This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Kagoshima cuisine and shochu. The cozy interior allows for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The chicken sashimi and tataki made from black Satsuma chicken are incredibly delicious, and they pair well with the slightly sweet soy sauce and condiments. The lava-grilled dishes have a great texture, and the heaping portion of bean sprouts complements them perfectly. The shochu is served in a cut glass, allowing you to enjoy its aroma as well. The outdoor counter seats are pleasant, and the staff's warm hospitality makes for an enjoyable experience.
