Today's appetizer that changes depending on the day's ingredients. The chef prepares the seasonal fish even more deliciously and finishes it with seasonal vegetables. With its beautiful appearance and the excitement when you eat it, it's truly the 'Carina Style' carpaccio.
A rich and flavorful barley pig risotto made with generous use of the 'barley pig' that has no unpleasant taste! The risotto, where you can strongly feel the richness of cheese, is infused with the savory and sweet flavors of barley pig. Enjoy a hearty meal with plenty of barley pig chunks!
Despite being a new menu, it has already become a favorite among many. We have prepared a generous portion of tuna with Genovese sauce, accompanied by our chef's homemade Caponata. When you take a bite with the Caponata, you will experience an indescribable sense of happiness from the delicious flavors! This refreshing appetizer is recommended as it can be enjoyed easily and provides a good amount of vegetables.
The chicken, which is particular about quality, is delicious as it is without any peculiar taste. The chef adds a special touch to it, baking it crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Each side dish is also delicious, so you won't get tired of it until the end. It's hearty, but it won't bore you until the last bite.
This exquisite dish often garners admiration for its luxurious appearance. The pie, surrounded by a beautiful orange sauce, is shaped like a ribbon. The flavors of turbot, pie crust, orange, and seafood sauce each stand out, but when combined in the mouth, they mysteriously harmonize to create even more deliciousness.
Originally a limited-time offer, the Chef's Original 'Sea Urchin Risotto' has received great acclaim and is now a permanent addition to the grand menu!
