What kind of restaurant is "Hi-no-Maru"? This course is perfect for those who have such questions to get acquainted with the taste of our restaurant. The main dish is "Okumikawa Chicken Yose-nabe," which is full of the flavor of dashi broth. For the finish, we have prepared glutinous chanpon noodles, and we have also packed the restaurant's specialties such as "Saikyo-yaki" and "Shichirin-yaki". A lineup of all the specialties of Hinomaru! In this course, you can enjoy the savory "Oyebi no Genshiyaki", "Saikyo-yaki", and "Shichirin-yaki". There is also a full lineup of dishes that go perfectly with sake, such as "Steamed White Clam with Sake" and "Sashimi Boat Sashimi"! To finish off the meal, we offer a bowl of rice topped with a bowl of shirasu (dried young sardines). This course is perfect for company banquets, regular meetings with friends, and club launches.
The main course is a "motsu nabe" (hot pot of beef entrails) filled with plump Japanese beef entrails! In addition, the course includes "5 kinds of boats," a sumptuous assortment of fresh seafood, "Saikyo-yaki," a delicious saikyo-yaki, and juicy "golden grilled chicken wings," all of which are served in a generous volume.
We want to hold a luxurious banquet this time! In such a case, please try this course. ♪ For the main course, we offer "shabu-shabu" using seasonal fish. We have prepared fresh seafood for you to enjoy by simply dipping it into the broth. Kishimen (Japanese noodles) served in the broth soaked with seafood extract is also excellent. â-¥Saikyo-yaki (grilled fish with saikyo mushrooms), O-ebi (large prawns grilled on a primitive grill), and shichirin-yaki (grilled fish on a shichirin grill), all of which are specialties of our restaurant.
