The exterior has a considerable vintage charm, and once you step inside, a calm space with just a counter unfolds. The hamburgers, carefully grilled by the owner right in front of you, have an irresistible contrast between the fragrant char and the fluffy, tender interior. The sweet and savory teriyaki-style sauce combined with grated daikon made the rice go down easily. The garlic rice has a strong aroma that invigorates you the moment it enters your mouth. The side dishes, including nostalgic corn potage, flavorful fried chicken, and potato salad, are also delicious without fail. I believe this is a hidden gem of a Western-style dining spot that locals frequent.
