The wooden counter is beautiful, and you can spend time comfortably in a calm atmosphere. Soft music plays in the background, enhancing the sense of coziness. Dishes centered around ingredients from Hiroshima are presented, and the umami of the broth is distinctly felt. There were many memorable flavors, such as a dish of conger eel and steamed egg custard with clams. The tableware is also carefully selected, with warm wooden dishes that enhance the food. A selection of sake from the local area to Tohoku is available, which can be enjoyed together.
