It is a small shop centered around the counter, with a clean and quiet atmosphere. You can see the cooking in the open kitchen, and you can relax while jazz music plays in the background. The course meals make use of seasonal ingredients, and each dish is creatively prepared for enjoyment. The tempura is served freshly fried in small portions, offering the best aroma and texture. The rice cooked in a clay pot has a simple flavor that feels gentle on the body. There is also a variety of alcoholic beverages available, including sake, fruit liqueurs, awamori, shochu, beer, and wine, making for a satisfying experience until the end.
