Located on the second floor of a building a short walk from the station, you can relax in the spacious interior with tables lined up. You can enjoy your meal while looking out at Kokusai Street through the large windows, which lifts your spirits. The signature dish, Agu pork shabu-shabu, has a sweet fat, and you can enjoy it by changing the flavors with two pots: one for broth and one for curry. When you cook the meat on the curry side and mix it with risotto, the umami seeps into the rice, making it the best. The broth side is refreshing, and I ended up quickly finishing it all the way to the final dish, Soki soba. There are also a variety of side dishes like yellow-skinned shumai and sea grapes salad, all of which have a careful and delicious taste.
