The interior of the store is new and very clean. It is operated by a company that specializes in dashi and natural seasonings, and there is also a direct sales corner for their products. The meals are centered around dashi, with a gentle flavor and less greasiness. At the beginning, there is a suggestion to drink a smoothie, which is really delicious. The salad is self-serve, and the lettuce is crisp and good. You can choose between white rice or ancient rice, and you can fully enjoy the umami of the miso soup.
