I made a reservation for one person and went. I was guided to a table for four people, and I was able to relax and enjoy my time. The peperoncino and dessert were both delicious.

Niigata's No. 1 French restaurant, UOZEN. The chef is so particular about his ingredients that he himself spends time in the fields, hunting, fishing, and gathering wild vegetables. He uses the best ingredients from Niigata to create dishes with depth using his own culinary methods. Each dish is truly complex and has the best flavor, and every time you put it in your mouth or move your mouth afterwards, various expressions will appear in your mouth and then change again. I recommend the course, but if you don't mind, the gibier course is hard to find anywhere else.

It was the second time. The last time was in the Kanto style, so this time I enjoyed the crispy texture of the Kansai style. It was the best. Thank you very much.

When you enter the shop, a homely atmosphere spreads out, and you can relax right away. There are both counter and tatami seating, and it's nice to be able to choose your favorite seat based on your mood that day. The small plates of side dishes that come out first are all carefully flavored, which greatly increases your appetite. The milky white soup of the comtang is rich with the umami of beef bones, and there's also the fun of adjusting the salt and pepper to your liking. The sundubu jjigae can be adjusted for spiciness, making it delicious enough to keep you going until the end, even while sweating. With the friendly service from the owner and the quick delivery, it was a wonderful lunchtime that satisfied both the heart and the stomach.

I was surprised by the volume of the tonjiru (pork miso soup). The rice balls were also larger than I expected, but they were delicious. The side dishes served on small plates were also tasty. I thought the portions might be too much and wondered if I could finish it, but I cleaned my plate. Even though I was full, I didn't feel heavy in my stomach and was very satisfied. I would like to visit again.

I mentioned the all-you-can-eat option when making the reservation, but when I requested the all-you-can-drink option on the day, I was told that I needed to mention it at the time of the reservation, which was disappointing. Everything else was great! The meat was delicious! We went with 10 people, and the room was spacious and clean! I want to go again! Thank you for the meal!
